Strategic Leadership & Management: This course will cover the goal of leadership and how the process works of empowering people to reach their leadership potential. Such vital subjects as understanding the most important skill of leadership, developing a culture of discipline, harnessing “collective intelligence,” fly wheel management, and more will be covered.

These classes are designed for those who intend to make pastoral ministry their primary occupation, such as those who are aspiring to be Youth, Associate, or Senior Pastors. The courses are more academic in nature with heavier workloads.
Old Testament/Asynchronous
Old Testament 1: This is a flyover course covering the story, connectivity, relevance, progression, and history of the Old Testament. It will focus on common themes found throughout the OT, how the OT leads to the NT, the different literary genres of the OT, and how to apply the OT to our lives today.

Systematic Theology/Asynchronous
Systematic Theology 1: This is the first of two theology courses designed to give you a solid grounding in Christian theology, which is the study of God. Topics will include the an introduction to theology, God's revelation, the Trinity and other aspects of God, how God works in His creation, angels, humanity, sin nature, and the impact of sin on the world.

These classes are designed for those who intend to work in part-time ministry or serve as an elder for their church. The content is challenging yet geared toward individuals who do not aspire to enter full-time pastoral ministry.
Theology 1/Asynchronous
Theology 1: This is the first of two theology courses designed to give you a solid grounding in Christian theology. Topics include the origin, inspiration, and authority of the Bible; the nature and relationship of the Trinity; the divinity, humanity, person, and work of Jesus Christ; the nature and empowerment of the Holy Spirit; the creation of the world; mankind's descent into sin; and physical healing.

Theology 2: This course continues to teach key doctrinal beliefs required for licensing within the Missionary Church. It unfolds topics such as the Gospel and its life-changing message/work, prevenient grace, the end-times, the nature of Christ's return, Israel in prophecy, judgement, and the ordinances/sacraments.

Bible Interpretation: This course is an introduction to the basics of biblical interpretation, covering different methods of reading and making sense of scripture, as well as why learning these concepts is a vital pursuit for the believer.
