Field USA Ministry Training is focused on recruiting and training pastoral/ministry leaders for the harvest field. This is accomplished through biblical instruction and practical skill development with hands-on learning through our catalogue of courses, which are accredited by the Missionary Church to fulfill the educational requirement by those seeking licensing.

Personal Relationship
FUSA Ministry Training will establish trusting personal relationships with the students in this program. This familiarity will allow us to further tailor our instruction and content to the unique gifting and needs of the individual. Extra education can be provided when needed and testing out of certain classes may be an option.

FUSA Ministry Training is committed to raising up leaders in today's hurting and ripe-for-harvest world by equipping students to be mindful of our distinct cultural setting, as well as equipping them to have a strong biblical foundation in a world of brokenness.

Director and Instructor
Rev. Anthony Ferriell
Anthony is the director of Field USA and the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Community Church in China, MI. He teaches a variety of classes for FUSA Ministry Training, mostly related to leadership, mission, and discipleship.
Academic Dean
Rev. Justin Whitcomb
Justin is the Academic Dean of FUSA Ministry Training and is the Senior Pastor of Veritas Bible Church. He is the instructor for our Full-time Ministry Tract courses.
Instructor
Rev. Brendan Pittiglio
Brendan is a church-planter and teacher with Field USA as well as a pastor. For FUSA Ministry Training, he teaches our Co-vocational/Elder Tract courses.
Facilitator
Carey Skatzka
Carey is passionate about equipping others to follow Jesus and coaching them through their problems using Bible-based methods. She loves to see the Body of Christ function as just that: the Body, with everyone having their own important role. She facilitates classes on APEST and coaching.
